How do I buy more than one item?

When you view your Shopping Cart adjust the Quantity field to however many items you want. Then click "Update Item", the Shopping Cart will be updated to show the new quantity.

Oops! How do I delete an item from the cart?

Change the Quantity field to 0, then click "Update Item". The Shopping Cart will be updated and the item will no longer appear.

Proceed to Checkout.

Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your Shopping Cart, click on "Check Out". This is a SECURE page, you will notice that the web address is now "https://secure006.nz.serveweb.net/~b2go/checkout.php?", the "https" means you have a secure connection to this web page. You should also notice the small padlock in the lower right hand corner of your web browser is now in the 'locked' position.

In the Checkout form fill in your details, make sure you have completed the *Required* fields. If the Delivery (Shipping) Address is different from the Invoice Address enter it in the lower fields. Please double check the addresses given so that your purchase goes to the correct one.

Processing your payment.

You will need a valid Credit Card to complete your purchase, enter the details in the required fields (this page is also SECURE, check the 'https' address and the padlock). If you do not trust entering your credit card details, please use our fax and mail order form.

And then what?

If you entered your email address in the Checkout Page, you will receive an email confirming your order. Then you can sit back, relax and wait for your package to arrive. If there is any delay with processing your order we will let you know as soon as possible.

WAIT! I messed up my order! Don't Panic!

We will not charge your Credit Card until we can complete your order, just let us know as soon as possible any changes or cancellations, we will send you an email confirming the alteration/cancellation.

Delivery

These times are dependant on factors outside of our control such as availability from suppliers, courier delays and incomplete addresses. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the time shown, if there is likely to be a delay we will notify you check if the goods are still required or if the delayed goods can be replaced with equivalent products.

Please provide a daytime delivery address, all orders require a signature at delivery.

International Delivery:

Sorry, we do not deliver outside of New Zealand.
